Born in Nigeria, raised in London, Holland, Ecuador and Nigeria, Seye is a London based Multi-Instrumentalist and currently the bass player in animated, multi-media band Gorillaz as well as having played with/recorded with such acts as Paloma Faith, The Noisettes, KT Tunstall, Ellie Goulding, YOTA, Baaba Maal, La Roux, The Very Best, Africa Express and more. His Saturday afternoon show highlights his love for all things 80s music. “I got my love for 80s music as for of a hand me downs from my older siblings, I’m the youngest of 6 and pretty much all of them are musical so there was always music in the house, music from church, music from MTV and VH1 going on”. Seye is currently based in London, sending you positive vibes and looking forward to brightening up your Saturday with some throwback bangers of all varieties.
