Riot Diet is hosted by our resident riot grrrl, BBC radio entertainment reporter & DJ Rowena Alice. You can expect the latest and greatest releases in rock, indie, punk and alternative music, but every band must have at least one woman, trans or non-binary member to be played on the show!

 

The show also provides exclusive live interviews and acoustic performances from both well established and up-and-coming bands, Rowena’s ‘Album of the Week’, and sometimes things get quizzical.

 

When he is not touring the world, the show is co-hosted by Billy Lunn (singer, songwriter and guitarist of indie band The Subways).
